Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: April 24, 2026
1. Our commitment
Farin Innovations is committed to making farininnovations.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of the build, not a checkbox at the end. Every page we ship is measured against the same standard as every page we recommend for our clients.
2. The standard we follow
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological.
3. What we've built in
- Semantic HTML so screen readers parse every page correctly
- Alt text on images that carry meaning
- Keyboard navigation across every interactive element
- Visible focus states, never hidden or suppressed
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA on body text and key UI
- Reduced-motion support for users who have the preference enabled at the OS level
- Form labels, required-field indicators, and inline error messaging
- Responsive layouts that scale cleanly with browser and OS zoom up to 200 percent
- The UserWay accessibility widget, which lets visitors adjust font size, contrast, cursor size, dyslexia-friendly fonts, reading guides, link highlighting, and more
4. Assistive technology we test against
The site is built to work with current versions of the most widely used assistive technology, including:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Browser zoom and OS-level zoom
- Voice control software such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Voice Control
- Keyboard-only navigation
We test across current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile.
5. Ongoing work
Accessibility is never finished. We audit pages as we build and rebuild them, run automated checks on every deploy, and prioritize remediation based on impact to real users. When we find a gap, we fix it. If you find one first, we want to hear about it.
6. Known limitations
Third-party embeds (video players, chat widgets, form providers, analytics scripts) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Where a third-party tool falls short, we either work with the vendor on a fix or replace it with an accessible alternative. If you hit a limitation on this site caused by a third-party component, tell us and we will chase it down.
7. Report a problem or ask for help
If something on this site is blocking you, tell us and we will fix it. Email support@farininnovations.com with:
- The page URL
- What you were trying to do
- The assistive technology or browser you were using
- A short description of what went wrong
We respond to accessibility reports within two business days.
8. Formal complaints
If we cannot resolve your concern directly, you can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
