Farin Innovations is a full-service digital agency. When you interact with us on this site or through our services, we handle information about you responsibly. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us if you want it removed.

Your name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you type into our forms or send to us over email. If you hire us, we collect additional details needed to do the work, such as billing information, any account access you grant us, and brand assets you share for the engagement.
Information collected automatically
Standard web analytics: pages visited, time on page, approximate location at the city level, device and browser type, and the referring URL. We use this to understand how the site performs and where to improve it.
Information from third parties
If you arrive via a referral or a paid ad, we may see how you got here. If you grant us access to tools or platforms during an engagement, we receive whatever permissions you give.
3. How we use information
To respond to inquiries, deliver services you have hired us to perform, send agreed project communications, invoice and collect payment, comply with tax and legal obligations, and improve the site and our work. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
4. Cookies and tracking
The site uses a small number of cookies and pixels:
- Session cookies for form and UI state
- Privacy-friendly analytics to track page views and traffic sources
- If we run retargeting, a pixel may set a cookie so we can show you ads later on other platforms

- Service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, payments, accounting). These vendors are bound by their own data agreements.

Client work records are kept as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years in the United States) plus a reasonable period afterward to handle any post-engagement questions. Form inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are purged on a rolling basis. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@farininnovations.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Opt out of marketing communications at any time

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when anything material changes. The effective date at the top shows when. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
