Custom websites. Built to rank. Built to convert.

Static, edge-served, ranking-engineered from line one. Marketing sites, e-commerce, SaaS marketing, web apps, portals, booking platforms, redesigns, migrations. Sub-second load. Lighthouse 100 across the board. Built for SMBs that want a site that pays for itself, not a brochure.

The stack

Ten ways we build sites. All ten engineered to rank.

Marketing sites, e-commerce, SaaS, web apps, redesigns, migrations. Every one of them ships on a static-first stack with sub-second load, accessibility built in, and schema baked at build time. Here is the full menu.

01

Marketing Sites

The compounding sales asset.

Static, edge-served, sub-second load. Built around a real conversion strategy with messaging tied to your category and your buyer. Not a templated theme.

02

E-commerce

Shopify, headless, custom.

Theme work, headless storefronts on Hydrogen or Next.js, custom checkout flows, performance optimization for stores with thousands of SKUs. Speed becomes margin at scale.

03

SaaS Marketing Sites

Site as a sales channel.

Pricing pages that convert, feature pages that map to job-to-be-done, integrations pages built for SEO, customer-story pages that ship without sales-blocking gates.

04

Web Apps & Portals

Custom logic, custom UI.

Internal tools, customer portals, dashboards, members areas, booking platforms. Built on Astro, Next.js, or SvelteKit. Real engineering, not no-code patchwork.

05

Site Redesigns

Modernize without losing rankings.

Rebuild with all the SEO equity preserved. URL maps, redirect strategy, schema migration, internal-link continuity. The hardest part of a redesign is not the design.

06

Site Migrations

Move platforms without bleeding traffic.

Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, custom legacy. We migrate to a fast modern stack with zero ranking loss when done right. We have done it dozens of times. Most agencies cannot.

07

Performance Optimization

Sub-second load on every page.

Lighthouse 100, Core Web Vitals all green, sub-second TTI. Image pipelines, font strategy, code-splitting, edge delivery, third-party-script discipline. Speed is a ranking signal and a conversion lever.

08

Accessibility & WCAG

Built right, not bolted on.

WCAG 2.1 AA on every page. Semantic markup, real keyboard navigation, screen-reader testing, color-contrast discipline, accessible components. We treat accessibility as part of the build, not a checkbox at the end.

09

Schema & Technical SEO

Tell Google what you are without making it guess.

LocalBusiness, Organization, Product, FAQ, BreadcrumbList, HowTo, Article schema baked in at build time, validated against schema.org and Google Rich Results Test. Every page tells the search engine exactly what it is.

10

Conversion-First Design

Pretty is not the bar.

Hierarchy that walks a buyer to a CTA. Content patterns proven to convert in your category. Friction audit on every form. The site looks great because it works, not the other way around.

The standard

The numbers we ship to.

Most agencies hand you a slow site and a slide of mockups. Here’s what every Farin Innovations site is required to hit before it goes live.

Why Farin Innovations

What you get with us that you do not get with anyone else.

01
Lighthouse 100.

Required, not aspired.

Every Farin Innovations site is required to ship at 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 on Lighthouse before it goes live. Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO. No exceptions, no ‘we will optimize after launch.’ The standard is the standard.

02
Static, edge-served.

Speed is a feature, built in.

Astro and Next.js static-first architectures, edge-served via Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare. Sub-second load on the pages that rank. The opposite of WordPress with six page builders stacked on top.

03
Built to rank.

SEO is part of the spec, not a phase.

Schema strategy from page one. Internal linking architected as the site is mapped. Performance budget enforced. Accessibility built in. The site is engineered to rank, not optimized to rank after the fact.

04
Migrations without loss.

We have done this dozens of times.

Squarespace to Astro. Wix to Next.js. WordPress to headless. Webflow to a real codebase. Legacy custom to anything modern. Redirect strategy, schema migration, internal-link continuity, content parity. The hard part of a redesign is not the design.

05
One team.

Built by people who also rank it.

The team designing and building your site is the team running your SEO, your content, your AI optimization. The site informs the keywords, the keywords inform the URLs, the URLs inform the schema. No silos, no ‘your other agency owns SEO.’

FAQ

Real questions. Real answers.

The questions every founder and operator asks before signing off on a custom site. Real timelines, real costs, real tradeoffs.

How long does a custom site take to build?

A typical SMB marketing site ships in 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce or SaaS sites with custom logic run 10 to 16 weeks. Site migrations from legacy platforms are 4 to 8 weeks depending on URL count and content volume. We give you a real timeline after a 30-minute scoping call, not a sales-deck guess.

What tech stack do you build on?

Astro and Next.js are our defaults for marketing sites. Hydrogen or headless Next.js for e-commerce. SvelteKit or Next.js for web apps. Hosted on Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages. We pick the stack to match the site, not the other way around. We do not build on WordPress.

Can I keep my CMS?

Sometimes. If you have a real content team that needs daily editing, we wire a headless CMS like Sanity, Contentful, or Astro Content Collections to your stack. If you have a small team and the content rarely changes, we keep it in code where it belongs and skip the CMS overhead.

What about my existing rankings if you redesign my site?

Preserved. Every redesign starts with a full URL inventory, a redirect map, and a schema-migration plan. We test 301s before launch, monitor rankings for 30 days post-launch, fix any drops immediately. We have done dozens of migrations without losing rankings. Most agencies cannot say that.

Do you offer e-commerce?

Yes. Shopify theme work, Shopify Hydrogen headless, custom Next.js storefronts on top of any commerce backend. Custom checkout flows where regulation or business logic requires. Performance optimization for stores at scale. Speed is margin at scale.

Will my site be accessible?

Yes. Every Farin Innovations site is required to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Real semantic markup, keyboard nav tested, screen-reader audited, color-contrast disciplined. Accessibility is part of the build, not a widget bolted on at the end. (We do also include the UserWay widget for end-user customization.)

Who owns the code and the site after launch?

You. Full source code, repo access, deployment access, CMS access. If we ever part ways you keep everything we built. No licensing, no lock-in, no proprietary platform tax. The opposite of a no-code prison.

What does it cost?

Custom by scope. A typical marketing-site rebuild for an SMB runs $20K to $60K depending on page count, custom logic, and content production. E-commerce and SaaS sites run higher. Migrations run lower. Pricing happens after a 30-minute scoping call. No public price list, no lead-form bait pricing.

Show us your site.

Send us your URL. We will tell you what is broken.

Free site audit. We pull your Lighthouse scores, your Core Web Vitals, your schema coverage, your accessibility floor, the three biggest reasons your site is bleeding conversions. You see every gap in plain English on a 30-minute call. No deck, no pitch.
