This is a good choice for large companies that know they’ll have many visitors on their site.

Cloud can be considered a hybrid of the previous two. It allows more visitors than shared, but fewer than dedicated. The main “plus” is that it allows you to use other services that would be much more expensive with the other two options. It’s like being able to reserve the luxurious clubhouse of your apartment instead of having to rent a separate space.
